The first step is simple—head to our website and fill out the online form. This is the best way to get started, allowing you to easily share details and photos of the items you’d like to sell. This helps us understand what you have to offer and streamlines the entire process.
We have a diverse catalog of over 2,000 luxury items, covering a wide range of brands and styles. Once we’ve reviewed your submission, we’ll check to make sure your items align with our collection in terms of brand, model, and overall condition.
We’re all about quality. That’s why your item will go through a thorough inspection by our experts, who use a blend of knowledge and cutting-edge technology to ensure everything meets our high standards.
After your item passes our quality check, we’ll work with you to determine a fair and competitive price. We base our estimate on current market trends for similar new and pre-owned items, ensuring you get the best possible return.
Leave the rest to us. We’ll handle everything from cleaning to professional photography, making sure your item looks its best when it hits our platforms. This might take a little time, but it’s all about setting your item up for success.
Once your item is live, it will be listed on our platforms for up to three months. We’re confident that most items will sell within the first month if priced right. If it doesn’t sell within three months, no worries—you can have it returned to you with just the delivery fee to cover.
We get it—things change. If you decide to take your item back before the three-month period is up, you can. There’s a small handling fee of $20, plus delivery charges for the return, which helps cover the work we’ve done.
When your item sells, it’s time to celebrate! We take a 20% commission, which goes towards the work our sales team has done to get your item sold. The rest is yours, and we’ll pay you twice a month, either at the start or the middle of the month, following a brief two-week waiting period.
